Return and Exchange Policy

We sincerely hope that you're satisfied with your purchase. Should there be a factory defect or an incorrect shipment, we'll gladly exchange it or issue an Uprise store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS. If necessary to exchange or return an item please note:

E-mail upriseskateshop@gmail.com within 5 business days from receipt of goods with a short explanation of the reasoning for the return. 
Upon approval, merchandise meeting the following criteria may be returned (freight prepaid) for an exchange or Uprise store credit only. NO CASH REFUNDS.

 

  • Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in new condition with any and all tags attached.
  • Include a copy of the shipping invoice that accompanies your merchandise.
  • Include a legible explanation for the return on a separate piece of paper.
  • All returns and exchanges must be received by Uprise within 30 business days from invoice date. The entire process, after Uprise receives the merchandise, may take up to 45 business days
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping and handling fees are required to process all exchanges.
  • Any worn or "skated" items will not be accepted.
  • Uprise is not responsible for manufacturer warranties, except on Uprise brand products.
  • A return must be approved by an Uprise employee
  • Shipping costs will not be returned
  • Additional shipping charges will apply
  • The credit issued for returned items will have the original shipping costs deducted
    *for sales that originally received free shipping
  • Items sent to Uprise and not approved for a return (ie worn or skated items) will not  be refunded or shipped back. 


MERCHANDISE NOT MEETING THE ABOVE CRITERIA WILL BE REFUSED!
