We currently ship only to the Continental U.S. To Request shipping outside of the U.S. please e-mail uprise.support@gmail.com

All orders made on weekdays will ship within 24 hours, weekend orders will ship on Monday.

We only use UPS at this time. Prices are calculated for UPS shipping.  Ups shipments will take no more than 5 days anywhere in the Continental U.S.

Tracking numbers are available, please e-mail uprise.support@gmail.com with the subject line “tracking request” make sure you leave your order # and date the order was made.




 



Payment Options


Credit Card Payments Only:
You can enter you entire credit card number, via our secure server, whick encrypts all submitted Information. We bill all orders for the full amount the day we receive the order. 


 





Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged only on orders that are shipping withing the state of Illinois. Illinois state law requires us to charge sales tax on the total amount of the order, excluding shipping. 






 
Return and Exchange Policy

We sincerely hope that you're satisfied with your purchase. Should there be a factory defect or an incorrect shipment, we'll gladly exchange it or issue an Uprise store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS. If necessary to exchange or return an item please note:

E-mail uprise.support@gmail.com within 5 business days from receipt of goods with a short explanation of the reasoning for the return. You will receive a reply e-mail containing an RA code (Return Authorization). Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted if the package isn't clearly marked with the "Return Authorization code".

Upon approval, merchandise meeting the following criteria may be returned (freight prepaid) for an exchange or Uprise store credit only. NO CASH REFUNDS.

  • Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in new condition with any and all tags    attached.
  • Include a copy of the shipping invoice that accompanies your merchandise.
  • Include a legible explanation for the return on a separate piece of paper.
  • All returns and exchanges must be received by Uprise within 30 business days from invoice date. The entire process, after Uprise receives the merchandise, may take up to 45 business days
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping and handling fees are required to process all exchanges.

MERCHANDISE NOT MEETING THE ABOVE CRITERIA WILL BE REFUSED!
