We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, however if you need to return or exchange an item please follow the guidelines below. 
Should there be a factory defect or an incorrect shipment we will gladly refund, exchange or issue an Uprise store credit. 

E-mail upriseskateshop@gmail.com within 5 business days from receipt of goods with an explanation of the reason for the return. 
Upon approval, merchandise meeting the following criteria may be sent to Uprise, freight prepaid. 
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. 

  • - Returned merchandise must be in the original box, in new condition with any and all tags attached.

  • - Include a copy of the shipping invoice that accompanies your merchandise.

  • - Include a legible explanation for the return on a separate piece of paper.

  • - All returns must be received by Uprise within 30 business days from invoice date. 

  • - Uprise is not responsible for manufacturer warranties, except on Uprise brand products.

  • - Returns must be approved by an Uprise employee.

  • - Shipping costs will not be returned.
